We service privately held businesses where we offer a longer-term senior level relationship that extends beyond the transaction and provides the support necessary to achieve the clients business goals. Operating from a London base enables us to offer our services to companies in all parts of the world.

Our focus is on transactions up to circa £50m in value, with many falling into the £5m to £20m range. We always welcome enquiries from potential clients seeking services outside of this range and if we cannot assist a client formally we always seek to suggest alternative ways in which the client can achieve their goals.
