When XchangePoint needed expansion funding in 2002 the management team turned to AHV for assistance. AHV proved to be an excellent choice as they were able to tap the VC markets across Europe. Despite very difficult market conditions following the dotcom bust, AHV were able to secure significant new investment for XchangePoint. AHV Associates was founded by Andrew Harrington and Hanif Virji in 2001 to provide advice to privately owned businesses in all aspects of corporate finance. At the time Andrew and Hanif recognised the need to offer corporate finance expertise tailored to the needs of smaller companies.
We believe in building long term relationships with entrepreneurs and the trusted professionals they work with. Testimony to the benefits of our approach is the fact that almost all our new relationships come from referrals from satisfied clients.
