AHV were involved in the project right from the beginning when it was just an idea that I had started to think about. I was particularly impressed with the way they were prepared to invest in the relationship-we had many meetings to flesh out the plan prior to AHV being hired. AHV Associates was founded by Andrew Harrington and Hanif Virji in 2001 to provide advice to privately owned businesses in all aspects of corporate finance. At the time, Andrew and Hanif recognised the need to offer corporate finance expertise tailored to the needs of smaller companies.
