In this section you can find out more about our background and approach to working with clients. We work directly with entrepreneurs from all sectors and through The AHV Network we develop partnerships with trusted professionals, such as accountants and solicitors.
AHV Associates was founded by Andrew Harrington and Hanif Virji in 2001 to provide advice to privately owned businesses in all aspects of corporate finance. At the time, Andrew and Hanif recognised the need to offer corporate finance expertise tailored to the needs of smaller companies.

Since then, AHV has built a track record of successful transactions with many of our clients returning for advice or referring their contacts to us. All our partners have extensive experience in corporate finance and have been entrepreneurs in their own right. This unique combination of experience gives us the ability to advise businesses on all aspects of their strategic objectives.
