In this section you can find out more about our background and approach to working with clients. We work directly with entrepreneurs from all sectors and through The AHV Network we develop partnerships with trusted professionals, such as accountants and solicitors.
The AHV Network is made up of advisors, often from accountancy or legal firms, who are in regular contact with business owners. These professionals are frequently the first people entrepreneurs turn to when they need advice on corporate finance transactions. AHV works with these third party advisors to help them provide their clients with the best corporate finance advice possible and to reap the rewards of their next steps.

By becoming part of The AHV Network at an early stage, third party advisors are able to get more involved in their clients' success and are ideally placed to refer their clients to us if the need arises to develop an exit or growth strategy or to raise growth capital. We endeavour to always keep the referring party abreast of all developments with the client and often work closely with them to achieve the client's objectives.
We believe that even if a transaction is not imminent, by developing trusted relationships from the outset we can successfully build businesses together in the future.
Joining The AHV Network helps professionals and their clients achieve more. There are other advantages too. By referring their clients to AHV, third party advisors benefit in three ways:
- Receive a payment based on a percentage of the success fees we receive from the client in the event of one or more successful transactions.
- Provide further (e.g. legal or accountancy) services related to the transaction.
- Increase overall value to the client by providing dedicated corporate finance services.
By providing a range of dedicated solutions to the client, professional advisors will have a greater likelihood of maintaining a position as advisor to the client post transaction.
Even when no referral is imminent we like to make contact and arrange a face to face meeting. This helps us get an understanding of the accountancy or legal firm's needs and is a crucial step on the road to forming a fruitful business relationship.
