Merger & Acquisition strategy advisor

The developers of a decision automation system were looking for a way to grow their business in a variety of sectors and geographies.

Expert 24, founded in 2001, is a developer of patented decision automation systems used by blue customer names in the healthcare sector in both the US and the UK.

AHV was retained to provide general corporate advice including growth strategy, product marketing in different sectors and capital raising.

In addition, AHV helped develop Expert 24's application for use in the World Doctor Program - www.worlddoctor.org (a non profit organisation which aims to bring affordable healthcare to the developing world).

AHV remains retained by Expert 24 to advise on subsequent M&A transactions.
