Andrew Spent the last 12 years as an investment director at 3i and has many years of international banking, leasing and investment experience. Andrew specialises in restructuring, refinancing and turnaround situations. During his time at 3i, Andrew was responsible for a number of key deals including: the sale of Commodore Shipping, which provides ferry services between the UK and Channel Islands; Altram, the Manchester Tramlink system, the refinancing of Freightliner, the freight rail operator. He also led the negotiation for 3i of the restructuring of Octagon Healthcare, the Norwich Hospital, Penlon, Freightliner and Croydon Tramlink. Andrew served on the Board in many turnaround situations.
