Damian has spent the last 16 years in Asia focusing on corporate finance transactions. He was involved in a number of roles including advising on IPOs for NatWest Markets and as a Director at Williams PLC.
During his time at Williams, Damian was involved in more than 25 transactions (many of which were in Asia) including the demerger of the group via the sale of Yale for approximately US$2bn and the London listing of the remainder of the group. He served on the boards of a number of Williams’s joint venture companies in the region, including those with the Jardine Group and the Sime Darby group.
Damian subsequently joined SG Securities as a Managing Director in Asia with responsibility for the execution of transactions in the food and beverage, consumer products, life sciences and healthcare sectors.
Damian went on to found his own investment company which he grew to over 30 employees.
