Since 1997, Thomas has led successful business restructurings, working with both management and funders in a combination of full time and project roles. As a member of KPMG's Restructuring Team, Thomas was involved in high profile international turnarounds, and as a Director in Replus worked with alternative investments funds to maximise value in under-performing investments.
Thomas has a wide range of business experience from being appointed manager of FTI's Far East operations in 1997, where he organised the production and supply chain of 20 factories, in 5 countries, producing more than 10 million pairs of shoes per annum, to setting up a $200m Turkey focused distressed debt fund. He received his MBA from Cranfield School of Management.
